Rick A. Dold
Rick is a civil transactional and litigation attorney based out of Godwin Dold's Winona, Minnesota office. Rick represents organizations, business owners, and other individuals with company formation, buy/sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and other personal, corporate, and business transactional matters. He also advises clients on resolving disputes and represents them in litigation.
Rick is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, a member and past president of the Third District Bar Association, and a member of the Olmsted County Bar Association.
Rick received his B.A. from St. John's University and his J.D. from the Hamline University School of Law (now the Mitchell Hamline School of Law). Rick is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
